Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

We do not accept refunds, only exchange on our fur collection, so please make sure you order correctly to avoid any issues. To ensure you receive your exchange, please contact us within 5 days of you receiving your item, if later an exchange will not be offered. 

We only offer exchange if the item is defected or damaged. If you wish to change it to the same item then please contact us on our email. When returning your item, you are responsible for your own shipping costs, as it's not guaranteed we will receive it, please use a track and signed shipping service.
